Introducing, MGM!

At Encounter Church, we believe there’s beauty and wisdom in every generation—and we’re especially thankful for our MGM group: that is the Mature Global Methodists!

Launched by Lori Chasse, MGM is a fellowship group designed specifically for EC members ages 55 and up. It’s a time to connect, laugh, share stories, and build friendships that strengthen the body of Christ.

Lately, the group has been gathering for a favorite new tradition: playing Farkle! With lots of dice rolling, score tallying, and good-natured competition, Farkle nights have quickly become a highlight of MGM meetings. More than the game, though, it’s the joy, community, and encouragement that keep everyone coming back. And for those who come out on top—there’s even a prize…

The Farkle Trophy! Created by Lisa Coleman, this fun and fabulous trophy is passed along each week to the reigning Farkle champion. It’s become a source of pride, laughter, and a little extra motivation for each roll of the dice!

Whether you’re a seasoned Farkle pro or have never rolled a die in your life, you’ll be welcomed with open arms.
