Enrich + EC = Better Together

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with our Encounter Church family—Pastor Jamie Jordan has officially joined the team at Enrich as their new Director of Housing!

Enrich is a local nonprofit with a powerful mission: "To provide employment and additional support services to people with alternative résumés, beginning in Madison County, KY." Their heart is to come alongside individuals who are navigating difficult circumstances—whether it’s past incarceration, addiction recovery, homelessness, or unemployment—and help them find stability, hope, and purpose.

As Director of Housing, Pastor Jamie will play a vital role in developing and coordinating housing solutions for those in need.

While he steps into this meaningful work with Enrich, he will continue to serve full-time as the Pastor of Encounter Church. This new opportunity is an extension of his calling—not a replacement of it. It reflects his heart to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the community, both inside the church and beyond its walls.

This new role is especially exciting because Encounter Church has been holding Sunday services inside the Enrich Event Center since our very first gathering. What began as a shared space has now become a shared mission—and we’re excited to support and partner with Enrich in even deeper ways.

We’re so proud of Pastor Jamie and thankful for the doors God continues to open.
